
GENERAL DIRECTOR
He is a multidisciplinary Bolivian artist with over two decades of experience in the performing arts, cultural management, and teaching. Trained in musical theatre, classical singing, and cultural management at institutions such as the Folkwang Hochschule für Musik und Theater (Germany) and the Plurinational Conservatory of Music (Bolivia), he has directed and starred in various productions including Cats, Rent, The Lion King, Moulin Rouge, and the original creation Libido, marking milestones in Bolivian musical theatre since 1997 through the Artanon Company.
Internationally, he served as First Secretary of Culture at the Bolivian Embassy in the U.S. from 2009 to 2015, coordinating cultural festivals in collaboration with the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian and other institutions such as Cultural Tourism DC. He also acted as a guest curator for prominent events like Suma Qamaña and Passport DC, promoting Bolivian cultural heritage on global stages.
In parallel, he has taught subjects including jazz and contemporary dance, music theory, and stage direction at Artanon, and has developed a career as a writer and contributing editor for specialized media such as Operawire.


Luis Ernesto G. Alipaz Loetz

PRODUCTION
Graduated as a Higher Technician in Dance with a specialization in Classical Technique from the Dance School of the Official Ballet of Bolivia, she also received specialized training in the Vaganova method, provided by the Bolshoi Theatre School in Brazil. Her career as a dancer includes notable performances as a soloist and as part of the corps de ballet in productions of the Official Ballet of Bolivia, such as The Nutcracker, Marina Real, Symphony of the West, and El Amor Brujo, among others. She has also performed principal roles in productions by the School of the Official Ballet, including Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, The Magic Flute, Images on Bolivian Soundscapes, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Giselle.
In the field of musical theatre, she was a soloist in Cats with Artanon – Musical Theatre Company, where she also contributed choreographic support and production assistance for the productions of Moulin Rouge! and Cats. She has served as rehearsal assistant and choreographic adaptation coordinator for various productions of the School of the Official Ballet, including Sleeping Beauty, Nutcracker Suite, The Hunchback Horse, The Star of the Mountains, Coppélia, The Magic Flute, and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
She was selected to represent Bolivia in the pre-selection phase of the international competition Gran Premio de América Latina (GPAL), after having earned medals in previous editions of the Danzamérica competition, achievements that benefited the IFA Dance School of the Official Ballet. In 2024, she received recognition from the Chamber of Deputies for her outstanding teaching work and long-standing career in dancer training. Since 2014, she has served as a teacher at the IFA Dance School of the Official Ballet.


Graciela Rodríguez Saenz

PRODUCTION
Haan Carla Rodríguez Valda is a classical dancer and holds a degree in Education Sciences, with a strong artistic and pedagogical background. From an early age, she trained at the School of the Official Ballet of Bolivia and has complemented her career with specialized studies in the Vaganova method, contemporary dance, dance therapy, neuroeducation, and emotional education. Her academic training includes a bachelor’s degree from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés and a diploma in Emotional Education, consolidating her profile as a comprehensive artist and educator.
Throughout her career, she has taught at institutions such as the School of the Official Ballet of Bolivia since 2015. She has also served as director of the Classical Ballet at UMSA and provided inclusive pedagogical support to girls and young people with Down syndrome, autism, and cerebral palsy. She has developed stage projects and participated in national and international events, including A Night in the Cemetery, the Fifth Meeting of Women Creators, and various dance and cultural festivals. Her educational vocation is also reflected in her participation as a speaker and organizer of academic sessions on human rights, sexual education, and teacher training.
She has completed more than a dozen international courses at the Bolshoi Theatre School in Brazil, covering the six-year Vaganova method for teachers, in addition to multiple workshops on applied dance pedagogy. Her interdisciplinary approach allows her to address artistic training from a sensitive, technical, and inclusive perspective, making her a highly qualified professional committed to the country’s cultural and educational development.

PRODUCTION
Alejandra Saavedra Salvatierra holds a degree in Social Communication, a Master’s in Communication and Corporate Identity, and diplomas in Higher Education, International Relations, Citizen Journalism, and Conciliation and Arbitration.
She began her artistic life at the age of 5, singing on the television program “Clan Infantil” with Don Raúl Show Moreno. At 8, she joined the Hohner Music Academy, directed by Mrs. Gaby Gómez, appearing on the program “El Mundo de los Niños” on Channel 7, and later achieved Third Place in Musicalito 1984. In 1988, she became the vocalist of her first school rock band and launched her first rock project with Coda 3, now known as Octavia. In 1992, she participated in the Youth Choir with José Lanza. She was the lead singer of the band La Tribu in 2011, Stress in 2014, and is currently the singer of the band Criaturas Urbanas.
Alejandra is a professional announcer and has recorded sung jingles since 1987. She was the first Bolivian included in Disney Latino’s voice bank and has lent her voice for Locutores.net in Latin America. She holds dubbing diplomas with Peter Cardona (voice of Elmo, Coca-Cola Latin America) and Alfonso Obregón (Shrek, Bugs Bunny, Kakashi Hatake, etc.). She has performed dubbing and singing roles for Learning Company, voicing characters such as “Conejo Lector” and others for Spain, Jane in Los Exploradores, Jessy in Toy Story, and Carmen San Diego in animated shorts for interactive games, among many others.
She has been a commercial announcer and singer since 1987 for national and international brands including Coca-Cola, Entel, Stereo 97, Banco Bisa, Pollos Copacabana, Nido, Nivea, Ariel Detergent, Unilever, General Electric, Bresler Ice Cream, Arcor, Savory, UNICEF, Alcar Brasil, and over eight hundred other products.

Alejandra Saavedra Salvatierra

MUSICAL DIRECTOR
He is a Bolivian saxophonist, arranger, composer, and musical director. His work spans academic music, Bolivian sonic traditions, and contemporary creation, presenting an artistic approach that integrates stage, identity, and sound language from a critical and current perspective.
He is co-founder of the duo “Las Semillas Sonoras de Simeón Roncal y el Arrebato del Kajahuira” with guitarist Selva Cordero. This project investigates and reinterprets Bolivian music from different periods through a conceptual concert, “Time Machine: Sonic Connections”, combining performance, narrative, and staging to explore the connection between memory, time, and sonic territory.
He directs the band Suyana, developing a Bolivian reggae concept with a unique identity. He handles arrangements and musical direction, exploring new ways to reinterpret popular songs from a creative and stage-oriented perspective.
Since 2022, he has also been arranging and composing for the Coro Sinfónico La Paz enCanto, integrating choral and popular resources with a contemporary approach.
In theatre, he has been musical director for productions such as Cats and Moulin Rouge, leading musical-stage teams with both creative and technical expertise. He is part of the Artanon artistic team, working on building interdisciplinary languages that connect music and dramaturgy.
In 2023, he represented Bolivia at the PerúSax festival, sharing the stage with prominent Latin American saxophonists.
In the educational field, he teaches classical saxophone at the National Conservatory of Music and teaches Harmony, saxophone, and ensemble practice at the Instituto de Formación Artística María Luisa Luzio, promoting solid, flexible, and creative musical training.
Víctor Aliaga Merino builds his career from the connection between tradition, stage, and musical thought. His work is characterized by technical rigor, originality of approach, and a clear awareness of the cultural context he inhabits.

CHORAL DIRECTOR
Lezly Alison Martínez Mendoza is a jazz singer, vocal coach, and actress with extensive experience in vocal and stage performance. Her artistic versatility has led her to participate in major musical theatre productions, notably as Demeter in CATS and as China Doll in Moulin Rouge with the Artanon company. She combines her passion for jazz with the training of new generations of singers, providing a solid technical and expressive foundation in every project she undertakes.

LEGAL ADVISOR
Alexis Terán Eyzaguirre holds a Law degree from the Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo” (2012) and complemented his education with advanced English studies at LADO International College in Washington D.C., obtaining the TOEFL certificate in 2013. His professional career in the legal field has primarily developed at Banco FIE, where he served as Legal Information Analyst (2013–2015), then as Supervisor (2015–2016), and since 2016 has held the position of Head of Legal Information.
Alongside his professional career, he has actively participated in the performing arts. In 2016, he was a guest artist in the ballet “La Bella Durmiente” with the Escuela del Ballet Oficial de Bolivia, under the direction of Maestra Erika Wolff, performing the role of Catalabutte at the Teatro Municipal Alberto Saavedra Pérez. In 2018, he returned to the stage with the Russian ballet “El Caballito Jorobado”, portraying the roles of Danilo’s father, Gavrilo, and Iván.
More recently, in 2024, he ventured into musical theatre with the Artanon Company. He played “Le Nougat” in the production of Moulin Rouge! and portrayed the character “Mirringo (Skimbleshanks)” in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical Cats.


Alexis Terán Eyzaguirre

FOUNDING MEMBER
She began her musical career at the age of 8. From a very young age, she showed a strong passion for music, which led her to enter the Conservatory of Music, where she took piano lessons. Later, she began studying singing, a field in which she also discovered a deep vocation.
Over the years, Marcela actively participated in various choirs, including the Bolivian Choral Society and school choirs, allowing her to develop her vocal technique and experience in different choral settings.
She continued her vocal training with Maestra Beatriz Méndez Leclerc, with whom she refined her style and stage presence. Thanks to this preparation, she had the opportunity to perform small roles in independent productions in La Paz, Bolivia, consolidating her presence in the local artistic scene.
